Apple iPhone 4G Upgrade Offer Prior To Launch
iPhone owners that signed up last year, are now eligible for an early iPhone 4G upgrade.
US network provider AT&T, have begun to offer customers that are on a contract deal with the iPhone, an early upgrade to the new iPhone HD or iPhone 4G (whatever it may be called). Due to the 18 month+ contracts that they signed up for along with the annual launch of a new phone, AT&T are offering the upgrade before contracts expire.
AT&T are charging $18 for the early upgrade and a new 18 month contract which will begin from the release of the iPhone. The new iPhone is set to launch today at the WWDC conference in San Francisco, of which we will bring you all the latest news as it happens.
The UK network providers that carry the iPhone, Orange, Vodafone and O2 will no doubt have competitive tariffs for the new iPhone and may even begin the same early upgrade option. Watch this space for more on that.

What is T-mobile?
T-Mobile is a group of mobile phone corporate subsidiaries (all under the ownership of Deutsche Telekom) that operate GSM networks in Europe and the United States. The "T" stands for "Telekom." Most subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom have names beginning with "T-". T-Mobile also has financial stakes in mobile operators in Eastern Europe. Globally, T-Mobile has 99 million subscribers, making it the world's fifth largest mobile phone service provider and the second largest multinational after the UK's Vodafone.
GSM
The Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) is the most popular standard for mobile phones in the world. GSM service is used by over 2 billion people across more than 210 countries and territories [1] [2]. The ubiquity of the GSM standard makes international roaming very common between mobile phone operators, enabling subscribers to use their phones in many parts of the world. GSM differs significantly from its predecessors in that both signaling and speech channels are Digital call quality, which means that it is considered a second generation (2G) mobile phone system. This fact has also meant that data communication was built into the system from very early on. GSM is an open standard which is currently developed by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).
Mobile Game
A mobile game is a computer software
game played on a mobile phone.
Mobile games may be played using the communications
technologies present in the phone itself, such as
by text message (SMS), multimedia message (MMS) or
GPRS location identification. More common, however,
are games that are downloaded to the mobile phone
and played using a set of game technologies on the
device.
